Each project is executed under a comprehensive Safety File, Method Statement, and Risk Assessment to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations, 2025, the National Road Traffic Act, SANRAL Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works, South African National Standards (SANS 1519, 731, 1160, and 687), National Environmental Management Act,
COID Act, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act.
