With over 30 years of hands-on leadership, Mr. Nkala has spearheaded transformative initiatives across the SADC region—delivering ISO-aligned compliance strategies, leading workforce development programmes, and reshaping organisational systems through effective change management. As a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, NOSA Five-Star System Auditor, and seasoned Labour Relations Consultant, he brings a unique blend of technical insight and strategic foresight to every client engagement.

As a Certified IOSH (UK) Member, Graduate SAIOSH Member, and ETDP-SETA Accredited Trainer, Assessor, and Moderator, Mr. Nkala’s influence extends to national policy development. This includes ongoing contributions to the Construction Regulations 2025 blueprint, currently under review, as well as a pivotal role in preparing organisations for the revised Occupational Health and Safety Act—ensuring early alignment with legal requirements even
before their formal enactment by NEDLAC. Through targeted presentations and training, Mr. Nkala has been instrumental in raising awareness of the OHSA Amendment Bill, equipping stakeholders with practical insights into new safety processes, procedures, and compliance standards.
